PUBLIC NOTICE
    The City of Warsaw (City Hall, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 lAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Husky Trail at Mariners Dr. to Deed's Creek I Roundabout in Sections 3 and 4, T32N, R6E, Wayne Township, Warsaw, Indiana. Run-off from the project site will discharge into the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) and Deeds Creek and will be conveyed through side ditches, storm sewers, and a detention pond. A new roundabout will be installed at the intersection of Mariners Dr. and Husky Trail.   Questions or comments should be directed to Aaron Ott of A&Z Engineering (260) 485-7077 or Jeremy Skinner of the City of Warsaw (574) 372-9550.  Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN  46580/phone 574 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
