NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
    Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year at their regular meeting place at 102 S. Buffalo Street, at 6:00 p.m., on the 1st day of August, 2016.
Fund Name: LOIT Special Distribution     
Major Budget Classification:    AMOUNT    Other Capital Outlays (257 000 449.000)    $230,000
TOTAL from Certified Tech Park Fund    $230,000
Funds are to be used for road improvements.
    Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (Department). The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
