CARMEL - Warren Eugene Hahn, 84, of 2910 Larranga Drive, The Villages, Fla., died July 18, 2008.

He was born Aug. 16, 1923, in Kosciusko County, to Arthur and Cora Lemler Hahn. On Aug. 13, 1950, in Plymouth, he married Pauline Clark, who survives.

He graduated from Bourbon High School in 1941. He farmed in the Bourbon area and worked at Orthopedic Equipment Co. and owned and operated Bourbon News-Mirror. He started with the J.R. Hahn Co., Indianapolis, in 1963. He was co-owner and president of Hahn Systems Inc., retiring in 1988. He moved to Indianapolis from Bourbon in 1968. For 15 years he spent winters in PGA Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and summers in Carmel, then to The Villages in 1999. He was a member of Crestview Christian Church, Indianapolis, and attended North Lake Presbyterian Church, Lady Lake, Fla.

Also surviving are a son, Doug (and Kathy) Hahn, Carmel; a daughter, Bev (and spouse Bruce) Newkirk, Izmir, Turkey; three grandsons; two sisters, Marjorie Osborne, Moorseville, and Shirley (and spouse Roger) Neal, Houston, Texas; and a brother, George (and spouse Cathy) Hahn, Noblesville.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Flanner-Buchanan Funeral Center, Carmel. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.

Calling is form 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
