Marvin and Susie Ward, North Webster, will mark their 60th wedding anniversary Nov. 8. The couple were married Nov. 8, 1947.

He was a teacher and basketball coach in Huntington County and principal of Millersburg High School and Superintendent of Fairfield Schools in Elkhart County.

The couple have two children, Vicki D. Murphy, Fort Wayne, and Steve (and wife Sue) Ward, North Webster. They have four grandchildren.
