Wagon Wheel Announces Banner Winners

There is little doubt artistic ability resides here in our community, but the most recent banner art winners prove it is thriving, according to a press release from the Wagon Wheel Theatre.
Once again, the WWT, along with the Warsaw Rotary Club, facilitated an artwork contest among Warsaw Community Schools. The theme for this season is Wagon Wheel Theatre summer shows, including “Mary Poppins,” “Catch Me If You Can The Musical” and “Fiddler on the Roof.”
Finalists were honored this past Friday night at the theater with a ceremony and complimentary Zoyo frozen yogurt.  Winners had their artwork printed on banners, which will be displayed this summer in downtown Warsaw and each finalist received tickets to upcoming Wagon Wheel Theatre performances.
Winners are: Madison Elementary, Tyler Zellers; Jefferson Elementary, Clara Porter; Lincoln Elementary, Lucy Henn; Leesburg Elementary, Sarah Handy; Washington STEM Academy, Colette Blackburn; Claypool Elementary, Jada Miller; Harrison Elementary, Cassandra Lopez; Eisenhower Elementary, Kaden Pepper; Edgewood Middle School, Audrey Hansen; Warsaw Community High School, Megan Smith, Kortney Stahl and Jordan Fredericks.
Finalists include London Hoffman, Alexandra Nuno, Whitney Dawson, Ryan Shipley, Theo Crabtree, Gabbie Gallego, Yesenia Alvarado, Sara Kratzch, Graham McGarvey, Elizabeth Heckaman, Audi Zon, Hayley Jones, Sarah Um, Kaylyn Hershberger, Madeline Lezark, Kerigan Hatfield and Jared Wolf.[[In-content Ad]]
