Katherine Leigh Vogt and Derrick Paul Golden were married May 24, 2008, at Hidden Lake, Warsaw, with Honorable Judge Joe Sutton and the Rev. Ben Archer officiating. The bride is the daughter of Louis and Rebecca Vogt, Warsaw; the groom's parents are Terry and Brenda Golden, Warsaw.

Maid of honor was Jacquelyn Vogt, Warsaw. Bridesmaids were Amanda Warner, Etna Green; Kari Castle, Charlotte, N.C.; Jamie Moneyheffer, Leesburg; and Rachael Polk, Warsaw. Flower girl was Mikayla Gibson, Gardner, Kan.

Best man was Trenton Golden, Hayden, Ala. Groomsmen were Nathan Sipple, Fort Meyers, Fla.; Norman Merrifield, Nashville, Tenn.; Jonathan Wilson, Chicago, Ill.; Patrick Vogt, Indianapolis. Ushers were Louis Vogt Jr. and Darrell Vetor, both of Warsaw; and Matthew Warner, Etna Green. Ring bearer was Zachary Golden, Jacksonville, Fla.

A reception was held at Stonehenge Country Club, Warsaw.

The bride is a liason at Otis R. Bowen Center for Human Services Inc., Warsaw. She is a 2002 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and attended Purdue University, Lafayette. She currently attends Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne, where she studies phsychology.

The groom is an audio engineer at Manchester College, North Manchester. He is a 2001 graduate of Warsaw Community High School, and a 2003 graduate of SAE Institute, Nashville, Tenn.

After a wedding trip to Cozumel, Mexico, the couple reside in Warsaw.[[In-content Ad]]
