The evening before Valentine’s Day my husband and I were in line to pay for our dinner at the Golden Corral when a lady behind me told the cashier that she was paying our bill.
My husband, who was wearing his American Legion jacket and hat, was so touched and honored that she shook his hand and thanked him for serving our country.
We want to thank the lady who was wearing a T-shirt with Arizona on the front, plus God bless her for making a greatly retired Marine's day.
