Vera Pauline Moe, 99, of Warsaw, died at 8:16 p.m. March 9, 2008, in Grace Villa ge Health Care, Winona Lake.

She was born Jan. 15, 1909, in North Manchester, to Edward and Erma Naber Goehler. On Dec. 24, 1935, in Greenfield, she married Fern A. Moe, who died Oct. 13, 1981.

Living most of her life in Kosciusko County, she was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist, Warsaw, and Pierceton Order of the Eastern Star and a former member of Retired Teachers of Kosciusko County and Retired Teachers of Indiana.

Surviving are a daughter, Sharon (and spouse Keith) Peoples, Columbia City; two granddaughters, Debbie (and spouse Henning) Falster, Fort Wayne, and Sandy (and spouse Mike) Petersen, Columbia City; a grandson, Jeff (and spouse Dee) King, Columbia City; seven great-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Reader Bill Nichols officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.

Calling is one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
