Valley Yearbook Staff Wins 3 Awards

The students attended brief workshops to learn the skills needed to wrap up the 2012 yearbook, and new ideas to improve the 2013 book, which they’ll start this summer. Students entered six photos in the workshop contests, and brought back three photography awards.
Senior LiYang ‘Carolyn’ Yao, a foreign exchange student from China, won an excellent award for her sports photo and a superior award for her feature photo. Sophomore Elisia Chairez won an excellent award for her feature photo.[[In-content Ad]]
