SYRACUSE – Two local men have been arrested in connection with at least three area day-time burglaries.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies and officers with the North Webster Police Department responded to a burglary in progress Friday afternoon in the 8000 block of Syracuse/Webster Road, Syracuse.
Officers arrived to find relatives of the homeowners detaining a suspect, identified as Corey Hurst Ritchie, 24, Warsaw, who had fled from the residence.
