He retired from Creighton Brothers in 1993 after 45 years of service and is a member of Echoes of the Past Tractor Club. She retired from Warsaw Community Schools in 1997, where she served as a cook at Leesburg Elementary School and completed her 27 years of service at Atwood Elementary School. They are members of Atwood Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
The couple have three children: Raymond (and spouse Tina) Truex, Ronald (and spouse Mindy) Truex, and Dara (and spouse Mike) Long, all of Warsaw. They have 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The couple will celebrate the anniversary with an open house at the Atwood Community Building June 28 from 2 to 4 p.m. Those attending are asked to bring memories to share instead of gifts.[[In-content Ad]]
