Triton Junior High Science Fair was Feb. 5. More than 150 projects were divided into nine difference categories. The judges determine a winner for each category and then pick an overall winner. The principals choose a project that they find to be the interesting investigation. This year’s overall winner is Isaac Wall. His project ‘FORE!’ investigates if the bounce of a golf ball affects how far the ball travels. This year’s winners are (L to R), front row: Megan Scott, biology; Emma Ross, medicine and health; Rece Williamson, earth space; Isaac Wall, overall winner; back row: Courtney Jennings, behavioral; Bailey Watkins, environmental; Vincent Helton, engineering; Megan Hayes, physics; Heidi Canizales, principal’s choice; Emily Overmyer, chemistry.[[In-content Ad]]
