Triton Falls In NSC Opener At Culver

CULVER — The Triton Trojans opened their Northern State Conference season with a narrow 21-19 loss at Culver Friday night.
The loss is Triton’s sixth-straight against the Culver Cavaliers, and drops its season record to 1-2 overall and 0-1 in the NSC.
Trailing the entire game, Triton got to within 21-19 with less then a minute to go, but failed to tie the game with a two-point conversion.
Triton is back in NSC play Friday at Bremen.
The Bremen Lions enter the contest at 1-2 overall and 0-1 in the NSC following Friday night’s 27-7 loss at New Prairie.[[In-content Ad]]
