Triton Celebrates Colonists' Victory

The fifth-grade STARS of Triton Elementary School held a celebration of the victory of the colonists during the Revolutionary War March 22. The entire school was invited to visit the reading classroom and observe the set-up of the colonial village of Williamsburg, as well as, the various 18th century displays around the room. Students and staff were dressed in period costumes. The display was under the direction of Title I teacher Susan Mullin. Fifth-grade students throughout Indiana study United States history in fifth grade.
