TOWN OF ETNA GREEN - RESOLUTION 2012-01

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Etna Green has passed Resolution 2012-01, which designates an area of need of economical revitalization for purposes of providing financial incentives to businesses seeking to locate in that area.
The Town has the authority to do so under Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-2, and has designated real property commonly known as 9876 W Old Road 30, Etna Green, Indiana as an economical revitalization area. A copy of the map outlining the specific real estate in question is on file with the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Etna Green and is available for inspection during normal business hours for the Clerk-Treasurer's Office, and also in the County Assessor's of Kosciusko during their normal business hours.
A hearing will be held on final action to determine whether the qualifications for an economical revitalization area have been met on December 3, 2012 at 9 a.m. all remonstrances or objections from interested persons should be filed with the Town before or on the date of that hearing.
