Warsaw Noon Toastmasters will host a panel discussion on a visionary community project from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction, 700 Orthopaedic Drive, Warsaw.
Toastmasters member Peter Liao will lead the presentation and panel discussion. Panelists include Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer; Brad Bishop, executive director of OrthoWorx; and Gary Gerard, general manager of the Times-Union.
