PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION HEARING
Pursuant to Indiana Code 20-26-7-37 and Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-3.5, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation will meet at 6:00 p.m. on April 20, 2015, at Akron Elementary School, 202 E. Rural Street, Akron, Indiana, to hold a hearing to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed 2016 Facility Improvement Project for Outstanding Schools which includes the renovation and replacement of a portion of the Akron Elementary School and safety, security and efficiency improvements to the other school facilities in the school corporation (the "Project") and to consider adoption of a resolution making a preliminary determination to enter into a lease of the Project. You are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing.
