Tip Leads To Meth Arrests

An anonymous tip about a possible methamphetamine lab led to the arrest of three Kosciusko County residents early this morning.

According to Indiana State Trooper Luke Waikel, officers went to 33 EMS B60A Lane, Warsaw, early today, gathered enough information to request a search warrant and went in the residence.

Once inside, officers reportedly found evidence that methamphetamine was being produced in the home. Officers also reportedly found approximately 3 to 4 grams of finished methamphetamine and a small amount of marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia and precursors to manufacturing meth inside the home.

Trace Lee Skinner, 47, the resident at 33 EMS D60A Lane, Warsaw, was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of legends or precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine and was booked into the Kosciusko COunty Jail at 4:15 a.m. today. He is being held on $2,000 bond.

Two other people were at the home at the time of the arrest. Stephanie Michelle Gulley, aka Stephanie Speech, 22, of 7863 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, was arrested on a warrant out of DeKalb County for ephedrine restriction. She is being held without bond.

Ralph Dakota Mullins, 42, of 210 Hammontree St., Leesburg, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $2,000.

The Indiana State Police was assisted by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.[[In-content Ad]]
