Plaintiffs seek an unspecified amount to compensate for injuries allegedly resulting from coach Alan Coblentz allowing Brian Milligan to pitch during an April 19, 1997, junior varsity baseball game despite his complaints of pain. The younger Milligan suffered a displaced avulsion fracture while pitching in the game and has incurred medical bills in excess of $5,900, as well as pain, suffering and possible permanent injury. Plaintiffs also seek court costs and request a trial by jury.
