• Valentine, Miner and Lemon LLP v. Kevin Stevens. Plaintiff awarded $2,449 plus interest and court costs.
• SAC Finance was recently awarded judgments against the following people for the amounts listed plus court costs and interest: Daniel N. Ferrell and Kristi A. Nye, $5,304.17; Raymond L. and Sara E. Cassidy, $4,742; Stephanie Long, $6,231.50.
• Creditmax Inc. v Joseph Gutierrez. Plaintiff awarded $4,415.34 plus court costs.
• Helvey and Associates Inc. was recently awarded judgments against the following people for the amounts listed plus court costs and interest: Sherry L. and Richard Holbrook, $3,499; Manuel and Rosa M. Castillo, $3,220.12 by default.
• Credit Acceptance Corp. v. Michael Hackworth. Plaintiff awarded $8,131.89 plus court costs.
