• Reva Hardesty-Hanes, Marshall County, vs. Mary Smith and Tom and Mary Lou Naibauer, all of Raintree Road, Warsaw. Plaintiff seeks compensatory and punitive damages for losses suffered as a result of defendants' actions. The defendants allegedly impersonated FBI agents and demanded personal documents from Hardesty-Hanes, which she gave them; instructed her to quit her job, which she did, and to dismiss litigation pending in an estate in which she is the administrator; telephoned her at all hours of the day and night with "instructions"; and reported to her about knowing details in her daily life. The conduct reportedly caused Hardesty-Hanes "severe emotional distress" and physical ailments. The incidents reportedly occurred while the defendants resided in St. Joseph County. Plaintiff requests a trial by jury. The case was moved on a change of venue from Marshall County.
• Green Trust Co., a Delaware bank institute, vs. Clifford Grubb, East CR 550S, Warsaw. Plaintiff seeks $1,780.46 due on contract, plus interest and court costs.
