The following violation were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court III with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.

Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $67.50 for a March offense; sentenced to 36 months in jail, of which all but 60 days were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol countermeasure fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and to complete a substance abuse evaluation and follow any recommended treatment; and driving privileges suspended one year was Darren M. Bradford, 29, Silver Lake. The jail term can be served in work release if Bradford is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Fined $67.50 for a March offense; sentenced to two years in jail, of which all but 60 days were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee, to attend a drunk driving impact panel meeting and to complete an alcohol treatment program; and driving privileges suspended one year was Neal Robert DeTurk, 24, Warsaw. The jail term can be served in work release if DeTurk is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Fined $67.50 for an April offense; sentenced to 24 months in jail, of which 18 months were suspended for probation and six months served in home detention with the East Race Community Corrections Center; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee, to attend a drunk driving impact panel meeting and to complete a substance abuse evaluation and follow any recommended treatment; and driving privileges suspended one year was Charlie Nelson Felder, 71, Warsaw.
Fined $17.50 for a January offense; sentenced to 18 months in jail, of which 16 months were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee, to attend a drunk driving impact panel meeting and to complete a substance abuse evaluation; and driving privileges suspended one year was Arnol J. Ortiz, 25, Milford. The jail term can be served in work release if DeTurk is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Driving While Adjudged A Habitual Traffic Offender - Fined $167.50 for a March offense; sentenced to 36 months in jail, of which 33 months were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee; and driving privileges suspended for life was Claude D. Mullins, 39, Mentone. The jail term can be served in work release if Mullins is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Fined $167.50 for a May offense; sentenced to 12 months in jail, of which nine months were suspended for probation and three months were served in home detention with the East Race Community Corrections Center; ordered to pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee; and driving privileges suspended for one year was Raymond O. Whitridge, 67, Pierceton.
Nonsupport Of A Dependent Child - Given a 36-months suspended jail term for a February offense, ordered to pay all current child support on time, $25 per week toward the arrearage and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee was Gary Lee Black Sr., 43, Warsaw.
Given a 36-month suspended jail term for a December offense and ordered to pay all current child support on time and $25 per week toward the arrearage was David D. Light, 42, Leesburg.
