• Meridian Insurance Co. vs. Monica Lambright, personal representative of the estate of Tausha Lambright, and Suzanne Reichel, person representative of the estate of Steven Reichel Jr. Plaintiff seeks a declaratory judgment determining the rights of all parties; that the policy of Roger A. and Monica M. Lambright affords no coverage for the claims of the estates; and that the company has no obligation to the estates regarding the wrongful death lawsuits currently pending.
