Senior Judge Richard Sand rendered the judgment. Due to the nature of the case, the Times-Union is not printing the names of the plaintiffs.

• A Kosciusko County woman who filed a civil tort against John Slaybaugh, who sexually molested her two daughters over a substantial period of time, prior to Feb. 26, 1997, was awarded $500,000 on their behalf by default, plus court costs. Senior Judge Richard Sand rendered the judgment. Due to the nature of the case, the Times-Union is not printing the names of the plaintiffs.
• Midwest Collection vs. Stephen Ashby. Plaintiff awarded $4,480.28 by default, plus court costs.
