Superior Court III
The following felony traffic violations were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.

Driving While Intoxicated - Sentenced in December to two years in prison, of which all but 90 days were suspended conditional upon completion of an alcohol treatment program; fined $200; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and court costs; and driving privileges suspended one year was Mary M. Rummel Bice, 40, Leesburg.
Sentenced in March to three years in prison, of which two years were suspended; fined $300; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and court costs; and driving privileges suspended one year was Richard Svinarich, Warsaw. This sentence was ordered served consecutively with 1997 conviction for DWI. Svinarich also was ordered to pay court costs for conviction on driving while suspended and his license is suspended 90 days, concurrent with the year-long license suspension.
Sentenced in September to three years in prison, of which two years were suspended conditional upon completion of an alcohol treatment program; fined $300; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and court costs; and driving privileges suspended one year was Christine A. Simons, Warsaw.
Sentenced in February to two years in jail, of which all but 90 days were suspended; fined $200; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, court costs and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee; ordered to complete an alcohol treatment program; and driving privileges suspended 90 days was Rudolph Reyna, 45, Warsaw.
Driving While Adjudged A Habitual Traffic Offender - Sentenced to six years in prison, fined $1, ordered to pay court costs and driving privileges suspended for life was Kenneth A. Weaver, 33, Mentone.
Sentenced in December to three years in prison, of which all but 90 days were suspended for probation; fined $100; ordered to pay court costs and driving privileges suspended for life was Todd L. Howard, 30, Silver Lake.
