• Scott W. Marske v. Todd Trapini, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, and Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners. Plaintiff seeks unspecified damages for physical injuries, car damages, hospital and medical expenses and lost wages resulting from an auto accident on Aug. 7, 1994. Plaintiff also alleges the county commissioners share the liability for the accident because the stop sign run by Trapini was obscured by trees, brush and debris.
