• Sentenced to 24 months in jail, with 12 suspended for probation, was Michael E. Scott, 45, of 100 W. CR 400S, Warsaw. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license suspened one year. As a term of his probation he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo substance abuse assessment. His probation is to start immediately.
• Sentenced to one year in jail, with 10 months suspended for probation, was George R. Northrup, 36, of 8264 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syraucse. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license suspended one year. As a term of his probation he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo substance abuse evaluation. For a second charge of being a habitual traffic offender, he was sentenced to 18 months in jail concurrent to his prior sentence and his driver's license suspended for life.

• Sentenced to two years in jail, with one year suspended, was Mary R. Blankenship, 35, of .509 E. Water St., Akron. Included in her sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, and her driver' license suspended for one year. As a term of her probation, she must pay a $100 administrative
fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee, pay court-appointed attorney fees and undergo a substance abuse evaluation.
Habitual Traffic Offender -
• Sentenced to one year in jail was Kenny L. Ferguson. Included in his sentence are orders to pay $65.50 in fines.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail, with six suspended, and to be served consecutively to three other terms, was Kenny L. Ferguson. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine and his driver's license suspended for life. As a term of his probation he must pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee, restitution and undergo substance abuse evaluation.
• Sentenced to two years in prison was Regina K. Stocklin, 34, Goshen. Included in her sentence are orders to pay a $100 fine and her driver's license suspended for life. In an additional charge of driving while intoxicated, she was sentenced to 18 months in prison to be served concurrently to her prior sentence. As a term of the second sentence, she must pay a $200 alcohol interdiction, and her driver's licence is suspended one year.
• Sentenced to four years in prison, with 30 months suspended for probation, was Ronald J. Bjella, 41, of 740 E. CR 1250N, Milford. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, and his driver's license suspended for life. As a term of his probation he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee, and pay court-appointed attorney fees. For a second charge of driving while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor, he was sentenced to 60 days in prison concurrent with his previous sentence. Included in the second sentence, he must pay a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction, $250 for Kosciusko County Alcohol and Drug Program. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative fee and $50 initial user fee.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail, with 16 months suspended for probation, was Paulette R. Krull, 34, of 5985 Old Road 30, Apt. 7, Pierceton. Included in her sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, and her driver's license suspended for one year. She was charged as a Class A midemeanor. As a term of her probation, she must pay a $50 administrative fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's
fee. Probation is to begin immediately. She may serve the time on a home detention program approved by the court with no good time credit.
Non Support Of A Dependent -
• Sentenced to six years in prison, with four years suspended for probation, was Donald L. Combs, 25, EMS D18A Lane, Syracuse. As a term of his probation he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee, pay $25 weekly toward arrearage, pay all current support obliations and maintain current employment status and not consume any alcoholic beverages.
• Sentenced to three years in prison, with six months suspended for probation, was Larry Eugene Heter Jr., 40, Columbus, Ohio As a term of his probation he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee, pay all support arrearage, pay all current support obligations, maintain a full-time job and not consume any alcoholic beverages.
