Superior Court III
The following felony traffic violations were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.
The following people also paid $125.50 in court costs:
Driving With A Blood/Breath-Alcohol Level of .10 Percent Or Greater - Fined $200 in March; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and court costs; and sentenced to 1-1/2 years in jail, of which all but 60 days are suspended for probation, was Robert Z. Burnett, 40, Etna Green.
Fined $300 in January; sentenced to three years in jail, of which two years were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, court costs and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee; and ordered to complete and pay for an alcohol treatment program was Joseph E. Hendrix, 39, Nappanee.
Fined $200 in January; sentenced to two years in jail, of which all but 60 days were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and court costs; driving privileges suspended one year; and ordered to complete and pay for an alcohol treatment program was Stanley A. Ulanowicz, 47, Nappanee.
Fined $300 in February; sentenced to three years in jail, of which two years were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and court costs; and driving privileges suspended one year was Kenneth Case, 36, Mentone.
Driving While Intoxicated - (Class A misdemeanor) Fined $300 in November; sentenced to one year in jail; ordered to pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee; driving privileges suspended two years; and ordered to complete and pay for an alcohol treatment program was Lisa R. Ebbinghouse, Warsaw. Ebbinghouse also was sentenced for driving while adjudged a habitual traffic violator and received a three-year jail sentence, of which 1-1/2 years were suspended for probation, and her driving privileges were suspended for life.

Ebbinghouse also was sentenced for driving while adjudged a habitual traffic violator and received a three-year jail sentence, of which 1-1/2 years were suspended for probation, and her driving privileges were suspended for life.
