Superior Court III
The following violations were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.
The following people also paid $125.50 in court costs during sentencing during April:
Habitual Traffic Offender (Class C Felony) - Fined $100 in October; sentenced to four years in prison, of which one year was suspended for probation; and driving privileges suspended for life was Ronald W. Nelson Jr., 33, Syracuse.
Habitual Traffic Offender (Class A Misdemeanor) - Fined $100 in April 2000, sentenced to 60 days in jail and driving privileges suspended for 180 days was Shane A. Holloway, 30, Syracuse.
Nonsupport Of A Child - Fined $1 in November; sentenced to three years in jail of which two years were suspended for probation; and ordered to pay all current and delinquent child support as it becomes due, plus $4,000 toward his arrearage for the first year and $5,000 for the second and third years of his sentence, and a $25 initial and $5 monthly probation user's fee was Daniel J. Brandt, 34, Columbia City.
Fined $1 in September; given a three-year suspended jail sentence; and ordered to pay current child support as it becomes due, plus $53 per week toward his arrearage, and extradition costs was Bobby D. Dye, 35, Leesburg.
