• Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals vs. Everly Irwin, EMS W23A Lane, North Webster. Plaintiff seeks an injunction requiring that Irwin comply with the zoning ordinance and obtain necessary improvement location permits, plus court costs and the imposition of monetary penalties.

Plaintiff seeks an injunction requiring Meyers to cease and desist utilizing his real estate in violation of the zoning ordinance and/or to take the steps necessary to come into compliance, plus court costs and the imposition of monetary penalties.
