Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $100 in November; sentenced to one year in jail, of which all but 60 days were suspended for probation upon completion of an alcohol treatment program at Bowen Center; ordered to pay a $300 state alcohol countermeasure fee; and driving privileges suspended one year was Shawn B. Harris, 25, Pierceton.
Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $100 in December; sentenced to two years in jail, of which all but 90 days were suspended for probation upon completion of an alcohol treatment program at Bowen Center; ordered to pay a $300 state alcohol countermeasure fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and to attend a Drunk Driving Impact Panel meeting; and driving privileges suspended one year was Darrell J.
