Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $100 in November; sentenced to one year in jail, of which all but 60 days were suspended for probation upon completion of an alcohol treatment program at Bowen Center; ordered to pay a $300 state alcohol countermeasure fee; and driving privileges suspended one year was Shawn B. Harris, 25, Pierceton.
Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $100 in December; sentenced to two years in jail, of which all but 90 days were suspended for probation upon completion of an alcohol treatment program at Bowen Center; ordered to pay a $300 state alcohol countermeasure fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and to attend a Drunk Driving Impact Panel meeting; and driving privileges suspended one year was Darrell J. Superior Court III
The following violations were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.

Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $100 in November; sentenced to one year in jail, of which all but 60 days were suspended for probation upon completion of an alcohol treatment program at Bowen Center; ordered to pay a $300 state alcohol countermeasure fee; and driving privileges suspended one year was Shawn B. Harris, 25, Pierceton.
Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $100 in December; sentenced to two years in jail, of which all but 90 days were suspended for probation upon completion of an alcohol treatment program at Bowen Center; ordered to pay a $300 state alcohol countermeasure fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and to attend a Drunk Driving Impact Panel meeting; and driving privileges suspended one year was Darrell J. Bradtke, 37, Silver Lake.
