Laura L. Ross, Kosciusko County, and John R. Ross, South CR 700E, South Whitley. They were married Nov. 18, 1978, and separated April 18, 2003. There are three minor children.
Schlemmer
Sharon R. and Kevin E. Schlemmer, North CR 175E, Warsaw. They were married Aug. 21, 1998, and separated April 17, 2003. There are no minor children.

Complaints
• Platinum Financial Services Corp., a Maryland corporation, as assignee of Forward Properties Inc., as assignee of Direct Merchants Bank, v. Jenny Buhrt. Plaintiff awarded $1,506.35 by default, plus interest and court costs.
• William N. and M. Jane Salin v. Helen G. Alfrey and Thomas W. and Patricia A. Kelley v. William N. and M. Jane Salin and Helen G. Alfrey. The Salins take nothing from Alfrey on their complaint for specific performance of real estate purchase agreement. The agreement was mutually rescinded by the Salins and Alfrey. Alfrey shall return all monies paid by Salins to her or her agents. The Salins have no legal or equitable interest in any portion of the real estate. Alfrey's purchase agreement with the Kelleys is valid and specifically enforceable and the Kelleys are entitled to its enforcement.
• Ameriquest Mortgage Co. v. Michael A. Perzanowski. Plaintiff awarded $84,523.93 by default, plus interest, attorney fees, costs incurred, court costs and foreclosure of mortgage as prior to other liens, with sale of real estate to satisfy judgment.
• Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc. v. Jason E. Jamiel and Providian National Bank. Plaintiff awarded $74,659.90 by default, plus interest, attorney fees, costs incurred, court costs and foreclosure of mortgage as prior to other liens, with sale of real estate to satisfy judgment.
• First Source Bank v. Kevin D. and Rebecca J. Shepherd and First Federal Savings Bank. Plaintiff awarded summary judgment of $22,451.94, plus interest, costs incurred, court costs and foreclosure of mortgage as prior to other liens, with sale of real estate to satisfy judgment.
• Conseco Finance Servicing Corp. v. Anna L. and Argyle E. Herron. Plaintiff awarded summary judgment of $63,81.36, plus interest, costs incurred, court costs and foreclosure of mortgage as prior to other liens, with sale of real estate to satisfy judgment.
• Gerry L. and Darien J. Wilson v. Eugene M. Epple. Epple is ordered to make no further communications to the Wilsons or arranging or requesting others to make communications on his behalf. This is a permanent injunction.
• United Collections LLC, assignee of Gordon Food Service Inc., also known as GFS, v. E.F. Enterprises LLC, doing business as Hawg House, and Allen S.White. Plaintiff awarded summary judgment of $4,308.94, plus court costs, from E.F. Enterprises LLC only.
• Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. v. Jose A. Garcia. Plaintiff awarded $41,261.82 by default, plus interest, $2,000 in attorney fees and possession of mobile home.
