Driving While Intoxicated -
• Sentenced to three years in jail with two years suspended for probation was Peggy Jo Cheek, 45, of Elkhart. Included in her sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, court costs, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and her driver's license is suspended one year. As a term of her probation, she must pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee plus a $100 administrative fee.
• Sentenced to three years in jail with 18 months suspended for probation was Charles M. Neer Jr., 55, Wakarusa. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.60 fine, court costs, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license issuspended one year. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee.
• Sentenced to 18 months in prison with 12 suspended for probation was John F. Slaybaugh, 35, of 115 N. Walnut St., Etna Green. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, court costs, a $200 alcohol

Operating A Vehicle As A Habitual Traffic Offender -
• Sentenced to 18 months in prison with 12 months suspended for probation was Michael Charles Kistner, 29, 5193 E. Washington St., Pierceton. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.60 fine, court costs and his driver's license is suspended for life. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee.
• Sentenced to eight months in jail with four months suspended for probation was William C. McCleary, 44, of 1484 Elm St., Warsaw. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, court costs and his driver's license is suspended for life. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee.
Possession Of Marijuana -
• Sentenced to one year in jail, with six months suspended for probation, was Danny R. Clingaman, 47, 1945 Vicky Lane, Warsaw. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, court costs and his driver's license is suspended for 180 days. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee and submit to substance abuse evaluation and any necessary treatment.
Non-Support Of A Dependent Child -
• Sentenced to three years probation was Robert Cochran, 35, of Mount Vernon, Ill. Included in his sentence are orders to pay court costs, maintain full-time employment and submit to wage withholding. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee.
• Sentenced to 36 months in prison with 30 months suspended for probation was Vincent Ray Gilbert, 43, of Bradenton, Fla. Included in his sentence are orders to pay court costs and pay all support obligations plus $30 weekly toward arrearages. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative fee and a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee.
• Sentenced to three years probation was Kevin Hartman, 29, 401 N. Second St., Pierceton. Included in his sentence are orders to pay court costs, abstain from alcoholic beverages, pay all support obligations and pay $35 weekly toward arrearages. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative fee and a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee.
