Superior Court II
The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.

Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $100 in March, sentenced to six days in jail and license restricted 180 days was Tommy Torpy, Warsaw.
Fined $50 in January, sentenced to six days in jail and license suspended 90 days were William Puchik, Warsaw, and Jonathan Lloyd, Winona Lake.
Fined $100 in November, sentenced to six days in jail and license suspended 90 days was David Bonee, Nappanee.
Fined $50 in May, sentenced to six days in jail and license suspended 90 days was Richard Duncan, Winona Lake.
The following people also paid $132.50 in court costs:
Failure To Stop After A Property Damage Accident - Fined $50 in August and license suspended six months was Miguel Jimenez, Warsaw.
Reckless Driving - Fined $50 in August was George Mann, Warsaw.
Driving While Suspended - Fined $50 in June, sentenced to six days in jail and license suspended 90 days was Mark R. Utter, Warsaw.
