The following violations were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court III with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony.

Driving While Intoxicated -
• Teri Cecchini, 41, of 128 S. Main St., Milford, sentenced to one year in jail, with all but 60 days suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, court costs, a $100 probation administration fee, and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and her driver's license suspended one year.
• Thomas Beno, 34, of 1323 Country Club Road, Warsaw, sentenced to three years in jail, with all but 60 days suspended for probation, a $115.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, court costs, a $100 probation administration fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and his driver's license suspended one year.
• Willie Harris, 40, of 8984 E. Circle Drive South, Syracuse, sentenced to 18 months in jail, with all but 60 days suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, court costs, a $100 probation administration fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and his driver's license suspended one year.
• Janine A. Hunter, 1323 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, sentenced to 18 months in jail, with all but 60 days suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 probation administration fee, court costs, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and her driver's license suspended one year.
• Dyrs Owens Jr., 52, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, sentenced to three years in jail, with two years suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 probation administration fee, court costs, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation users fee and his driver's license suspeded two years.
• Sergio Alvarado, 38, of 566 S. CR 500W, Warsaw, sentenced to 18 months in jail, with all but 60 days suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 probation administration fee, court costs and his driver's license suspended one year.
• Jose Valdez, of 1410 E. Center St., Warsaw, sentended to 18 months in jail, with all but 60 days suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 probation administration fee, court costs, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and his driver's license suspended one year.
• Michael Sheehan, 52, of 301 Skylane Drive, Pierceton, sentenced to 18 months in jail, with all but 60 days suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 probation administration fee, court costs, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and his driver's license suspended one year.
• Tom L. Shepherd, 29, of 412 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, sentenced to one year in jail, with all but one month suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 probation administration fee, court costs, and his driver's license suspended 180 days.
• Jerry D. Ganger, 37, of 8280 U.S. 30E, Warsaw, sentenced to 18 months in jail, with all but 60 days suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 probation administration fee, court costs, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and his driver's license suspended one year.
• Kelly Neace, 38, of 1908 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, sentenced to 60 days in jail, with all but 54 suspended for probation, a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, court costs, a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee and her driver's license restricted 180 days.
