The following violations were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court III with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.

Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $117.50 from a June offense; sentenced to 18 months in prison, of which 12 months were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol countermeasure fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and to complete a substance abuse evaluation and follow any recommendations as to education classes or treatment and to attend one Drunk Driving Impact Panel session; and driving privileges suspended one year was Fred Christian, 43, Warsaw. The prison term can be served in work release if Christian is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Fined $132.50 from an April offense; sentenced to 36 months in prison, of which 24 months were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol countermeasure fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and to complete a substance abuse evaluation and follow any recommendations as to education classes or treatment and to attend one Drunk Driving Impact Panel session; and driving privileges suspended one year was Randall Morgan, 39, Warsaw. The prison term can be served in work release if Morgan is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Fined $67.50 from an August offense; sentenced to one year in prison, of which all by 12 days were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol countermeasure fee and a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and to complete a substance abuse evaluation and follow any recommendations as to education classes or treatment and to attend one Drunk Driving Impact Panel session; and driving privileges suspended one year was Laura L. Patrick, 43, Claypool. The prison term can be served in work release if Patrick is qualified for and accepted to the program.

Fined $67.50 from a September offense; sentenced to 60 days in jail, of which 48 days were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee; and to complete a substance abuse evaluation and follow any recommendations as to education classes or treatment and to attend one Drunk Driving Impact Panel session; and driving privileges suspended one year was Carlos Cervantes Nunez, 28, Warsaw. The jail term can be served in work release if Nunez is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Driving While Adjudged A Habitual Traffic Offender - Fined $50 from an August offense; sentenced to 12 months in jail, of which six months were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee; and driving privileges suspended 180 days was David W. Brown, 44, Leesburg. The jail term can be served in work release if Brown is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Driving After A Lifetime Suspension (Class C Misdemeanor) - Fined $167.50 from an August offense; sentenced to 48 months in prison, of which 24 months were suspended for probation; ordered to pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee; and driving privileges suspended for life was Ronnie G. Coplen, 36, Warsaw. The jail term can be served in work release if Coplen is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Nonsupport Of A Dependent Child (Class C Felony) - Sentenced from a February 2002 to three years in prison, of which 30 months were suspended for probation, and ordered to pay all child support as it becomes due, plus $20 per week toward the arrearage, and to pay a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee was Samuel Allen, Warsaw. The jail term can be served in work release if Allen is qualified for and accepted to the program.
Nonsupport Of A Dependent Child (Class D Felony) - Sentenced to one year in prison, which was suspended for nonreporting probation, and ordered to pay all child support as it becomes due, plus $25 per week toward the arrearage, and to pay a $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee was Joseph K. Todd Jr., 39, Syracuse.
Sentenced to 36 months in prison, of which 30 months were suspended for probation; ordered to pay all child support as it becomes due, plus $22 per week toward the arrearage; and ordered not to consume alcohol was Phillip O. Snyder, Winona Lake. The prison term can be served in work release if Snyder is qualified and accepted to the program.
