Plaintiff seeks an unspecified amount for damages resulting from alleged sexual battery against the child while in the care of a friend of Marsillett's during late 1993 or early 1994. The child has reportedly suffered nightmares and other emotional and psychological damages. Plaintiff also seeks punitive damages in an amount sufficient to punish Marsillett for his wrongful acts; court costs; and requests a trial by jury. Because of the nature of this case, the plaintiff's name is not being published to protect the child's identity.

Because of the nature of this case, neither the plaintiff's nor her mother's name is being published to protect the minor's identity.
