Driving While Intoxicated - Fined $100 in July; sentenced to 1-1/2 years in jail, of which all but 60 days were suspended conditional upon completion of an alcohol treatment program; ordered to pay a $200 alcohol interdiction fee; and driving privileges suspended one year; was Trenton L. Funderburk II, 26, Leesburg.

Chapter 12: The family farm bankruptcy proceeding. It is a hybrid between Chapter 13 and Chapter 11. A trustee is appointed, but the debtors remain in possession of their assets and propose to pay all or a portion of debts from future earnings over a three- to five-year period.
