Dr. Robert Haworth, Warsaw Community Schools superintendent, said, during a phone interview this morning, the school was notified by the Clinton campaign Thursday that the campaign had selected the Career Center for Saturday's visit.
Haworth said Clinton's visit will provide students and the community with an educational opportunity, and he hopes the community will take advantage of being part of the political process.
"If the event took place on a school day, it would have been a great opportunity for our student body to have interaction with the former president," Haworth said.
He said he still hopes students and their families will attend Saturday, despite Clinton not visiting during the school week.
People wanting to attend the rally should enter WCHS coming off of Logan Street and park behind the Tiger Den.
Haworth said the Career Center holds approximately 1,000 people, and bleacher seating and standing room will be available.

"Regardless of a person's political interest, this is a historical event for the community to have the opportunity to hear and see a former president," Lucht said.
Warsaw Mayor Ernie Wiggins, during a phone interview this morning, said he hopes those who want to hear Bill speak will have the opportunity.
"It is nice that a former president is coming to Warsaw," Wiggins said.
Haworth said a tennis tournament is scheduled for Saturday at the high school. Students are also coming from all over Northern Indiana to take the Scholastic Assessment Test.
School officials met this morning to discuss parking and entrance details, Haworth said.
