Three Hurt in Crash

At 2:07 p.m. Saturday, first responders and law enforcement responded to a serious accident at the intersection of U.S. 30 and Fox Farm Road.

In the two-car collision, three were injured. Drivers were Matthew Richey, 51, of 2829 W. CR 700S, Claypool, and Marlene K. Mahler, 62, of Culver. Richey was ejected from his vehicle and Mahler complained of back pain.

Mahler’s passenger, Connie Hite, 59, of Culver, complained of chest pain.

The driver of the Jeep, which rolled over, was transported to Parkview Hospital Fort Wayne via Samaritan helicopter. No further information was available at press time.[[In-content Ad]]
