Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers arrested three individuals on New Year's Eve.

Responding to an anonymous tip, Kosciusko County DTF officers went to the residence at 677 Walter Way, Warsaw, on Saturday night regarding possible methamphetamine activity.  Upon arrival, officers met with Justine Leigh Davis, 19, who allowed DTF officers into her home and disclosed a one pot method methamphetamine lab hidden in her freezer.  DTF officers also located a HCL generator and various other precursors associated with the production of meth.

Davis was arrested on a charge of manufacturing meth.

DTF officers also arrested Robyn Andrew Stroud, 20, 8734 N. Bugle Ct., and Josey James Bickel, 20, 831 E. Center St., both of Warsaw, on a preliminary charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Bonds were not immediately set for any of the suspects.

D.T.F. officers contacted the Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team to secure the residence and precursors from the scene.  All three individuals are currently held at the Kosciusko County Jail awaiting bond to be set by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office today.  Also assisting at the scene were officers from the Warsaw Police Department and the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.

The Kosciusko County DTF consists of officers from Warsaw, Syracuse, and the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department that work as a multi-agency unit to combat the usage and sale of illegal and illicit drugs.

The Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office advises that a defendant’s charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.[[In-content Ad]]
