Thompson Cain, 56, of Winona Lake, died July 28, 2012, in Penrose North Hospital, Colorado Springs, Colo.

He was born in Bethlehem, Pa., to Alan E. and Bernardine Anderson Yost.

He was a 1980 graduate of the  University of Delaware, earning a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. He had a long and very rewarding career in medical device sales and marketing. Most recently, he was vice president of sales and marketing for biologics at Zimmer Inc. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking and was an enthusiastic world traveler. He was a loving son, brother and uncle who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are his mother, Bernardine Anderson Yost,   Mt. Laurel, N.J.; four sisters: Mary Ellen Currie, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Julie Kudyba, Reinach, Switzerland; Kristin Rose, Mt. Laurel; and Miriam Horrocks-Isenberg, Glen Mills; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral mass will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Road, Media, Pa. Burial will be private.

DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home Inc., West Chester, Pa., is in charge of arrangements.
