NORTH MANCHESTER - Thomas R. Clemons, 46, Silver Lake, died at 1:30 a.m. Nov. 11, 2009, at his residence.

He was born April 16, 1963, in Rochester, to Joseph F. and Sharon Cumberland Clemons.

He worked at Fairmount Homes, Nappanee, for four years and ParKan, Silver Lake, for 13 years.

Surviving are two daughters, Sheli Clemons and Tia Clemons, both of Silver Lake; two brothers, Bill Clemons, North Manchester, and James Clemons, Silver Lake; a companion, Amelia Washburn, Silver Lake; and a step-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Private burial will be at Gaerte Cemetery, Macy.

Calling is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, is in charge of arrangements.
