Thomas Allen Davis, 63, passed away at 7:15 a.m. Nov. 16, 2014, in I.U. Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
He was born Jan. 7, 1951, in Warsaw, to Calvin Eugene Sr. and Betty Louise Biltz Davis. On Feb. 20, 1987, in Nappanee, he married Tammie Duty, who survives in Warsaw.
He was a graduate of Pierceton High School. He served in Vietnam as a U.S. Navy Seabee. he was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County.
He retired in 2006 as a machinist for Zimmer. He was a pastor of Church of Jesus Christ, Warsaw, for 15 years.
He was a member of Warsaw American Legion Post #49. He was also an organ donor and recipient.
Also surviving are two daughters, Brittanie Lavonne Davis and Celina (and spouse Adam) Hayslett, all of Warsaw; a granddaughter, Nicole Hayslett, at home; four brothers: Calvin Jr. (and spouse Becky)  and Ken Davis, all of Pierceton; Dan (and spouse Cheryl) and Terry Davis, all of Warsaw; two sisters, Marjean (and spouse Bryan) McClarnon and Tammy Davis and (partner, Joni Haffner) Pierceton. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Stan and Larry Davis.
Services will be at noon Wednesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. Gary Paxton, Church of Jesus Christ, officiating. Burial is in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton, with graveside honors by Warsaw American Legion Post #49 and VFW #1126.
Calling is from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
