She was born Dec. 6, 1922, in Middlebury, to Howard and Hazel Page Ulery. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Joseph Maure, who died in 1971 in Elkhart, and Charles Sponseller, who died in 2009 in Warsaw.
She was a homemaker and worked at C.G. Conn and Welcome Wagon, both in Elkhart, for several years.
Surviving are a son, Ronald (and spouse Alicia) Maure, Elkhart; a daughter, Sharon (and spouse Adam) Hawkins, Elkhart; three stepsons, Jeffery (and spouse Barbara) Sponseller and Jerome (and spouse Kay) Sponseller, all of Pierceton, and Mark (and spouse Sue) Sponseller, Anderson; four grandchildren; nine step- grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and 11 step-great- grandchildren.
Services will be at 5 p.m. Friday at Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart, with Mark Sponseller officiating. There will be cremation.
