Teen Waived To Adult Court

A Winona Lake teen arrested for stealing from Dollar General was waived to adult court Thursday.

Miguel Raymond Castro, 16, of 400 Robinson Road, Winona Lake, was booked into Kosciusko County Jail at 9:30 a.m. Thursday on a theft charge and held on a $10,000 bond.

Castro was charged with taking money from a cash register then fleeing from the Dollar General Store on Market Street in Warsaw Feb. 11.

Castro was an alleged runaway and was arrested after police reviewed security tapes and located the boy at a home in Warsaw.
