Donald and Barbara Taylor, of 1262 S. CR 450E, Pierceton, will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary Aug. 29. Donald and the former Barbara Snavely were married Aug. 29, 1954, in Concordia, Kan., by the Rev. Max Foland.

He retired from Uniroyal and now works as a grounds keeper at Raccoon Run. She is a homemaker.

They have three daughters: Rhonda Harris (Knight) Wennerstrom, Plymouth; Donita (and spouse Kevin) Raypholtz, Pierceton; and Rebecca "Becki" Wilson, Warsaw; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. One great-grandson is deceased.[[In-content Ad]]
