Task Force Arrests 13 For Drugs

Kosciusko County Drug Task Force secured 28 arrest warrants Wednesday and made 13 drug-related arrests. In the process of serving warrants, three others were arrested for non-drug-related violations.
Felony arrests were:
Possession of marijuana, a Class D felony: Dale Shepherd Jr., 19, of 4124 Allen Lane, Warsaw, and Michael Paul O'Connell, 33, of 1904 Sandpiper Lane, Warsaw.
Dealing in cocaine, a Class B felony, were Evelyn Michelle Woolridge, 31, and Darrell E. Hall, 38, both of 1832 Sue Ave., Warsaw.
Dealing in a schedule 2 controlled substance, a Class B felony, was Nancy Sue Johnson, 56, of 2771 S. Cost-A-Plenty Road, Warsaw.
Dealing in methamphetamine, a Class B felony, was Marvin W. Anderson, 34, of 5229 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton.
Possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony: Stanley Lee Newbury, 32, of 9900 Fourth of July Ave., Syracuse; and Kyle Horn, 23, of 520 Ross Ave., Warsaw.
Maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony: Kyle Horn, 23, and Shawna Gamber, 30, both of 520 Ross Ave., Warsaw.
Misdemeanor arrests were:
Possession of marijuana as a Class C misdemeanor: Daniel Duque, 26, of 407 Palm St., Syracuse; Tirean Michael Blair, 22, of 2433 N. Grandview Drive, Warsaw; and Pamela Cochran, 39, of 2018 E. CR 450N, Warsaw.
Possession of paraphernalia, a Class D misdemeanor: Joshua Cone Jr., 23, of 2018 E. CR 450N. Warsaw.
The following people are wanted on Kosciusko County warrants and have not been arrested:
Brady White, 28, Warsaw; Shad Michael Clements, 34, Logansport; Michelle Lynn Compagnari, 18, Warsaw; Lucas T. Scholl, 26, Syracuse; Elbert E. Frazier, 45, Winona Lake; Kevin W. Weikart, 31, Pierceton; Aaron Kinser Brubaker, 20, Claypool; Marlene Ralstin, 38, Goshen; Joseph Palmer Olivo, 24, Milford; Jose Hernandez, 25, Warsaw; Michael Joseph Gibson, 30, Pierceton; and Miguel Cardona, 22, Cromwell.
The task force requests that anyone with information regarding these people's whereabouts, contact them at 372-2494 or the sheriff's department at 267-5667.
In Wabash County, police have obtained an arrest warrant for Anthony Mercer, 47, North Manchester, but have been unable to locate him. Mercer is wanted on charges of dealing cocaine.
