The Take a Break Program is back.
Joe’s Kids and Right to Life of North Central Indiana are partnering with Grace College Council for Exceptional Children, Christ’s Covenant Church, Pleasant View Bible Church, Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church and Warsaw Community Church to bring this program back to the community.
Take a Break is a respite program for families of children with special needs, open to preschool through middle school-aged children. The first event is a Christmas Party scheduled for Dec. 6 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Christ’s Covenant Church in Winona Lake.
“This is an opportunity for your child to have a great time with their peers while you take a break.  Excellent supervision by experienced adults, passionate Grace College students and trained healthcare professionals will be provided,” according to a press release from Joe’s Kids.
