William "Frank" Tackett, Warsaw, and the former Beverly J. Smith, Leesburg, were married Oct. 19, 1959, in Warsaw. They now reside in South Whitley.

He is retired and she works at Warsaw Coil.

They have four children: Deniese Griffith, Warsaw; Jeffrey Tackett, Oklahoma City, Okla.; Dorotha Tackett, Warsaw; and Rachel Mayer, Winona Lake; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

They plan a trip to the Grand Canyon.
